Overview
One Charles Center, a stately high-rise building in Baltimore City, was considered the signature piece of the downtown revitalization in the 1960s. The 350,000 SF facility was purchased in 1996 by Baltimore Orioles owner Peter G. Angelos. Making the news again in 2002, the Johns Hopkins University struck a long-term deal to lease several floors in the prestigious building. In all, BKM has provided m/e/p design services for nearly 75,000 SF of tenant improvement at One Charles Center.
