Overview

BKM’s work for this project involved the design of m/e/p systems for a new six-story, 75,000 SF building containing medical offices. BKM also designed the m/e/p systems for the tenant spaces under a design/build arrangement. The building was designed as a high-rise, which requires specific fire protection systems.
