Overview
Assisted & Independent Living at Asbury Methodist Village Housing was developed in two phases. The first building consists of a new 171,000 SF, 120-unit assisted living facility. The second building consists of a new 168,000 SF, 100-unit independent living facility. The assisted living facility contains an adult day care center and a full-service kitchen/dining area on the basement level. The lobby floor contains administrative offices, reception area, wandering garden, and tenant apartments. The remaining floors consist of tenant apartments and service areas that include bathing, laundry, caregiver’s suite, kitchen/dining, and three different living areas where residents can socialize in a neighborhood environment.
