Within its park-like setting, provides 26 semi-detached two-story villa homes measuring 3,200 SF, 256 luxury independent living apartments ranging from 825 SF to 2,900 SF, 80 assisted living units, and 30 skilled nursing beds. The assisted living facility contains an adult day care center, full-service kitchen, and dining area on the basement level. The lobby floor contains administrative areas, reception area, wandering garden, and tenant apartments. The remaining floors consist of tenant apartments and service areas that include bathing, laundry, caregiver suite, centralized satellite kitchen/dining, and three different living areas where residents can socialize in a neighborhood environment.
