Overview
BKM provided m/e/p design services for this new 4,000 SF dental suite located on the second level of an existing office building. The suite includes seven dental chairs, X-ray, periprosthetic laboratory, sterilization area, consultation, business office, reception area, and employee lounge. All utilities were closely coordinated with the equipment provider (and with the tenant below) such that all utility connections were fully concealed for each piece of furniture or equipment.
