Overview
This dynamic project has been developed in multiple phases in conjunction with the campus master plan to best serve one of the fastest growing areas in the state. The whole campus (a total of seven buildings of which BKM completed all) is organized around a central student union that is fully interconnected through grand pedestrian corridors and operates as a single facility with its entire infrastructure generated from a common central plant. Together, this state-of-the-art facility houses more than 320,000 SF of student life and faculty services. BKM provided m/e/p design services.
