Overview
The Richard A. Henson Center is a 57,000 SF building that houses the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, the Department of Human Ecology, and the Extension Services of the University. Facilities include a 30-room hotel, extensive food preparation and food service areas, a 500-seat conference/dining area, as well as classrooms, laboratories, and faculty offices. BKM provided m/e/p design services.
