Overview

A new 60,000 SF animal care facility will support the NAIB—the crown jewel of Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. This facility will house animal quarantine areas, marine rescue, medical (surgery, recovery, and necropsy), water management and life support systems, as well as public spaces and administrative areas. BKM is providing m/e/p design services.
