Overview

The Food Science and Technology Center is a 36,000 SF research center, whose primary focus is to research and develop methods for improving food safety. Three distinct elements are contained within the facility: food laboratories, meeting spaces, and exhibition facilities. A separate 7,250 SF exhibition hall and animal holding area are included. BKM provided m/e/p design services.
