Overview

BKM provided m/e/p design services for this 14,000 SF addition to an existing recreational sports facility. The new addition is comprised of a multilevel personal fitness space and an indoor climbing wall that is approximately 40 feet high. Additional spaces include administrative support and a student lounge. Design challenges included incorporating substantial building volumes onto an existing building and meeting very tight budgetary constraints.
