Overview
Designed as part of the East Baltimore Development Initiative, this 22-story high rise graduate student housing facility is programmed with one, two and four bedroom apartments, adjacent structured parking and fitness center. This project is being designed in anticipation of LEED-NC v2.2 – Silver Rating.
Facing the newly redeveloped neighborhood's central green, the building's location is within walking distance of both the new biotech research facilities and Johns Hopkins Hospital, providing housing for the medical and nursing schools.
