Overview

Renovation of 52,000 SF and a 27,000 SF two-story addition for the school's Athletic Center to house an indoor pool, gymnasium, dance studios, fitness center, therapeutic pool and sauna, racquetball courts, training rooms, classrooms, and faculty offices. BKM is designing the m/e/p services to achieve LEED Silver certification.
