We’re excited to share that two BKM projects received honors at last night’s USGBC Wintergreen awards! Metro Heights at Mondawmin won the Community Champion Award and UMB Design and Construction Offices won the Green Schools, Higher Education Award. Metro Heights also won the People’s Choice award.

These awards recognize excellence in high performance building design, environmental stewardship and community impact; and highlight the green building initiatives and achievements of Maryland projects, businesses, and community members.

We’re so proud to have been involved in these two awesome projects!
