BKM is extremely appreciative for its employees and their years of service to the firm. Each employee brings a unique set of skills and values to each facet of our business. For their contributions, we thank:

Jack Stitz, 30 years – “It is amazing how much things have changed in 30 years. In 1984, I was hand drafting and manually calculating heating and ac loads, and now computers do it all! I can remember in the early computer days setting up a computer and printer at 5 pm to run a building energy analysis and coming in the next morning to find the computer was still running the simulation! Today’s computers can do the same job in seconds.”
Sean MacCubbin, 20 years – “After 20 years, I am still being challenged and enjoy the people that I work with.”
Lisa Abate, 15 years – “It’s nice to work in a place where the owners show their appreciation of the staff. They recognize the anniversary milestones of each employee, host a monthly meeting to keep us informed, and have fun outings throughout the year.”
John Webb, 15 years – “My 2-year, part-time job has extended to 15 years – must be something about this place!”
David Wetzel, 5 years – “The last 5 years at BKM have definitely been an adventure. I think it’s the variety and complexity of the projects along with a very knowledgeable in-house staff that makes BKM such an interesting place to work. Let’s see what we can do in the next 5 years.”
