The promoted individuals include:

  • Anthony R. Page, PE, LEED AP; Senior Associate – Government Market Sector. Tony joined BKM in 2013 and has 15 years of experience with government, commercial, education, and science & technology projects. As Project Manager, Tony specializes in power distribution engineering and power systems studies as it relates to Arc Flash and the relevant codes. Tony places a special emphasis on quality control and trade coordination. Tony is the Project Manager for the Baltimore Regional Training Center for CASA; Baltimore Gas and Electric Perry Hall and Howard Emergency Operations Service Centers; Rockwell-Collins Building 4-2 Renovation; and Cumberland Barracks for the Maryland Department of General Services. apage@bkma.com
  • Casey S. Ross, PE, CEM, BEMP, LEED AP; Associate – Higher Education Market Sector. As a Project Manager at BKM, Casey has over 13 years of experience with an extensive background designing educational, government, and healthcare projects. He also provides energy modeling expertise, bringing an understanding of how building systems operate, interact, and how they are designed to meet the needs of our clients.   • John G. Kalb, Jr., CxA, LEED AP BD+C; Associate – CA Department. John has 28 years of experience in the construction industry. As Contract Administrator, he has a solid track record overseeing a variety of projects from design through construction phases by coordinating trades, developing partnerships, and building a positive rapport with architects, owners, vendors, and local officials, all while upholding the best interest of the owner.   • Matthew D. Sol, PE, LEED AP BD+C; Associate – K-12 Market Sector. Matt has spent his entire career at BKM, joining the firm in 2009. As a Project Manager, Matt specializes in the education market sector. Matt works collectively with our clients and members of the design team to better understand the goals of the project and help coordinate the design across all disciplines. Matt is the Project Manager for Maryland City Elementary School Addition for Anne Arundel County Public Schools; Harford County Public Schools’ Bel Air Elementary School HVAC Systemic and Open Enclosure Renovations; and Baltimore County Public Schools’ Northeast Area Middle School and Colgate Elementary School. msol@bkma.com

  • Brendon J. Burley, PhD, PE, LEED AP; Project Manager, Senior Mechanical Engineer – Healthcare Market Sector. Brendon has been designing healthcare and higher education facilities for the last decade. His projects range from laboratory equipment installation detailing to full scale medical centers. Brendon is an active ASHRAE member and corresponding member on Technical Committees 9.6 and 9.10 as well as an active participant with Standing Standards Project Committees 62.1 and 170.
