First Annapolis Corporate Headquarters

BKM provided MEP design services for the U.S. headquarters of First Annapolis at Three Park Place in Annapolis, Maryland.

The new offices occupy the second floor, creating a contiguous collaboration space for the corporate staff. The systems serving the offices consist of new air handling equipment, lighting, power, and plumbing systems. Systems were designed to function seamlessly with the layout of the space. In addition to the traditional design services, BKM also served as the commissioning agent during the system verification stage of construction. The project was designed to LEED Silver certification.
