Highlands Corporate Center One

This new 60,000-square-foot corporate center consists of three floors of class A office space in northern Baltimore County.

HVAC systems designed include common closed-circuit coolers mounted on the roof, serving individual compressorized units with economizers for each tenant. BTU meters were provided for utility apportioning. BKM performed systems commissioning for the building-wide HVAC and building management system as well as for each tenant.
