Prometric Global Call Center

Prometric is a trusted provider of technology-enabled testing and assessment. As the global standard in professional competency measurement, Prometric reliably delivers 10 million tests per year on behalf of 400 clients in the academic, financial, government, healthcare, professional, corporate, and information technology markets.

This pre-existing 60,000-square-foot flex office space in Baltimore County was renovated for the new call center. The building is equipped with ten packaged RTUs. BKM’s design provided four additional units to supplement the higher cooling and ventilation demands, as well as the specialty needs for the warehousing/paper storage areas. Dedicated HVAC units were provided for each of the critical equipment rooms. A new 2000A service was provided to the building, complete with 1250 kW Engine Generator (full building backup) and a 160 kVA UPS for the call center workstations and server room.

Specific functions managed out of the new White Marsh facility included oversight of Prometric’s global test center network, its global help desk, all contact centers, on-demand testing, and candidate support.
