Rosedale Recreation Activity Center

BKM served as the MEP engineer for the Rosedale Recreation Activity Center. This approximately 14,000 SF new facility is themed to reflect the surrounding community and includes a gymnasium, multi-purpose room, several activity rooms, and an e-gaming space. The building will host recreational activities and community meetings. The primary HVAC system is a packaged rooftop unit serving the gym and a VRF / DOAS system for the rest of the building. LED lighting was included throughout, and a rooftop solar PV system was provided.
